complex technology that maintains a market perspective;
projects that utilise the best of web and mobile technologies.
Michael Hobbs and Matthew Knights are the founders of
theDigitalWorks.
The company draws upon extensive off-shore programming
capabilities to deliver advanced projects at a cost advantage
to clients.
Commercial
Management
Michael Hobbs' professional roles have spanned technology, strategy and selling. He has held senior positions with Microsoft and BT, covering sales, international business development, M&A and new ventures. Conversant in technology, Michael's primary interests lie in strategy and international ventures. His recent client work has focused on new ventures, product launches in the mobile applications market and organisational design.
Michael holds a BSc in Physics, MSc in Telecommunications,
and MBA (Distinction). He lives in North London.
Technical
Management
Matthew Knights is a talented entrepreneur, technologist and consultant. His professional roles have included technology, software project management, visual and database design. He has extensive experience of structured sofware development and quality assurance methods, having held senior positions with Psion Computers and Carphone Warehouse. Recently he has focused on the development of mobile applications, content management, and event-based systems. His software has underpinned the launch of a number of businesses in areas of mobile content, entertainment, financial services and betting.
Matthew holds a BSc in Physics and lives in South London.
